Alabama Power Retirees Serve Their Communities.

As employees retire and enter the next phase of life, their relationship with the company doesn’t have to end. Energizers is a statewide organization open to all Alabama Power and Southern Company retirees and their spouses, who are committed to unselfish service to communities of Alabama. By joining, our retirees continue to stay connected with the people, projects, and progress of Alabama Power.

On any given day, you can find Energizers building a playground, helping with a Habitat for Humanity project, delivering meals, volunteering at hospitals and nursing homes, or assisting with adult literacy programs. And that’s just scratching the surface.
